I can't really recommend any Necro or WD builds. You basically just hold down the left mouse button. I have so much speed stuff, plus the altar bonus, it's hard to tell. But speed builds, for instance, I don't know if warzechian armguards are actually doing anything for my speed this season. LoN Twister is VERY easy at those difficulties, as well. I am just an amateur, looking to get info on speed builds, set dungeons, etc. Vyr wizard is complicated but not a great mechanical challenge - pop your five minute buffs at the rift's start, then mostly just teleport around while holding down two buttons. LoN Bomb crusader is decent - pony over to mobs and then mash your face into the keyboard. You don't have to think about keeping Focus/Restraint or Band of Might up (unlike WW), because your rotation will naturally proc them.
Super tanky, especially if you take life-per-fury-spent rolls on your weapon and belt. GR100+ with no ancients is straightforward provided your gems are reasonably leveled. Maybe pop your shout if you screw up your rotation and need a reset. Maybe pop your WoTB or manually cast a 'quake if you're facing something scary. World bosses spawn roughly every 6 hours. you dont really need super-duper builds at lvl50 to feel good IMO, in most cases your most important thing after moving to wt3 or wt4 is to find high enough weapons (as for most classes your base damage is calculated directly from weapon damage).
